Rates for 2010: Atlantic view can be hired for £15 per person per night. Out of season it can be hired for long weekends. There is a minimum charge per week as follows:
£525 Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks
£210 November to February
£420 March and April
£525 May
£630 June
£735 Early July
£1155 Late July and August
£630 September
£420 October
£525 October half term
These prices include costs of cleaning but not electricity which is charged per unit used.
Babies under one are not charged.
