Tom Wrigley
Chief Executive Officer
Tom is an infrastructure and property development professional with a background in finance, land promotion, and strategic investment. After training in the City of London with American financial services firms, he held senior roles at Winch Energy before moving into entrepreneurship. He has founded and sold businesses in the renewables sector, including acquisitions by Total and private equity. Since 2020, Tom has built a substantial property rental portfolio and established Cornish House Developers, specialising in land promotion and strategic housing developments across the UK.
Kier Hetherington
Chief Operating Officer
Kier is a successful entrepreneur and experienced property developer with a strong track record in delivering complex projects. He previously led OMS Technical, managing procurement and supply of specialist equipment for government clients in marine and energy sectors. Today, Kier combines his background in procurement, logistics, and operations with hands-on property development expertise, driving Cornish House's land promotion and development projects with entrepreneurial vision and operational excellence.

At our cost, we promote the land through the planning system — preparing designs, commissioning surveys, and managing consultants.
Secure Permission
We secure planning permission for residential or mixed-use development.
Sell to Developer
Once permission is in place, we sell the site to a developer or housebuilder.
Share the Uplift
After planning costs are recovered, the uplift in value above the base is shared 50/50 with the landowner.
